[Pending Review] Simple - Simple tools for easy development

I have submitted my tool to the asset store, which will start with some basic tools for now and I will be adding more tools as time goes on.

Here is what we have so far in what will be the initial release:

• Camera Shake
  • Ability to shake the camera for whatever your needs are
    • Collisions
    • Explosions
    • etc.
• 2d Camera Walls
  • Add 2d walls that resize based on the camera to keep items within camera view
    • Pong
    • Space shooter...
