3D realistic water that I can fill in small tank

For my 3d game, I want realistic water that I can able to fill in water. I want behaviour of water such that if I rotate tank then water behave accordingly to that. As water moves in real life tank.

If any plugin available for this kind of requirement then suggest me that also. Tutorial for this also become helpful to me.
